How fast will my order arrive?
Standard shipping runs 3–5 business days and is free over $75; express is 1–2 days for a $14 flat rate. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day. Full detail lives on the shipping page.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Domestic orders go to all 50 states as standard. International club orders we handle one at a time — email the crew and we will quote shipping and a realistic timeline before you commit.
How do I get my ebook?

Choosing the right stick.
Which length should I order?
Stood upright beside you, the handle should reach about your hip bone — 36.5″ suits most adults. Our size guide maps height to length, bow, and weight, and every stick ships with a free fitting so a wrong guess is an easy swap.
Are your sticks FIH-approved?
Every stick we carry uses a regulation bow within the current 25mm limit and an approved shape, so it is legal for sanctioned match play from club level up. We do not stock novelty bows that fail inspection.
Composite or carbon for a beginner?
Start with composite. A glass-forward layup like the Grays GR 4000 flexes and damps off-centre traps, which keeps new hands soft. Carbon is stiffer and less forgiving — add it once your first touch is asking for the extra power.

Are the supplements tested?
Yes. TurfCharge and ReCover are made in a GMP-certified facility and third-party lab-tested for label accuracy and banned substances, so they are safe for tested competition. Certificates are available on request.
What is your return policy?
